My journey began in 2009 at a local gym in London, where one yoga class forever changed my life. Fifteen years of daily practice have taught me that we are more than just bones and flesh: we carry hidden energy that can be activated through ancient yoga techniques.
Each practice guides us to exactly what our body needs; revealing the intelligence within every cell. This is what I aspire to share in my classes: a chance to return to yourself, grow and become the best version of YOU!
My calling is to transmit my teachers’ wisdom, while respecting my yoga lineage. My classes are dynamic yet spiritual vinyasa flows, called Yogasana, following the teachings of Stewart Gilchrist.
My Yoga Journey
My yoga journey began unexpectedly in 2009, when I walked into an Ashtanga class at local gym in London. From that moment, yoga became my daily ritual: a space of clarity, growth and transformation.
In 2019, my transition from student to teacher came naturally, and I began teaching group and private classes in some of London’s renowned studios.
Fifteen years later, with 700hrs of teacher qualification, returning to Athens in 2024 marked another turning point. I now share my teachings through group, private sessions, online on-demand classes, and retreats - blending dynamic flows with spiritual depth.
My intention is always to honor the wisdom of my teachers while offering sessions that empower students to unlock their own strength and peace.
